Locker Forms
The Student Locker Application needs to be completed by both the 'owner' and 'user' of the locker. We require locker partners. If you do not have one, we will assign a partner to you.
Complete the form and bring it to the HHS office starting August 28, 2014.
Make checks payable to the Hoquiam School District.

General Fund Fees
Locker rental $7.00 (This is a one time fee to pay for the lock. The locker is yours for the remainder of your High School years).
Band uniform rental $15.00
Choir Robe fee $15.00
Band instrument rental $35.00 woodwinds/$35.00 percussion/$50.00 brass
Lunch $2.50 per meal (may pay ahead on account)
Breakfast $1.50 per meal (may pay ahead on account)
