HMS Families: We'd like to invite you and your students to a High School and Middle School Art show along with some art making opportunities this Saturday 11-3pm. It is a fundraiser for our Art Club. Viewing the art and painting is free, but pottery making and printmaking will have a small charge ($1-5) . We will also have a small amount of art for sale.
Please see the flyer attached and share with your students and families and let me know if you'd be interested in participating in the future (maybe next semester or next year). We'd love to make it a district-wide Art Faire.

HMS Families: Students are bringing home a letter detailing an incident that occured this week. Please take a moment to read it, speak with your student about it, and should you have questions or concerns, please call Mr. Cook at 360-538-8225. Thank you.

HMS Families: Today HMS entered into a modified lockdown for about an hour due to a concern about an individual in the area passed on to us from the high school. Students were in class as normal, and restricted indoors during the duration of the modified lockdown. Staff monitored doorways, and were alert to any people in the vicinity of the school. While there was no evidence of any direct threat to our school, we believe it was in the best interest of our students and staff to take the additional precautions.
Please feel free to call the office with questions: 360.538.8220
