The Hoquiam School District Special Services Office is preparing to destroy all special

education records for students born between January 1, 1981 and January 1, 1992. If

you were born in the following years: 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987,

1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and you believe you have special education records in the

Hoquiam School District and you wish to pick up your records, please contact the

Special Services Office at 360-538-8290, prior to July 31, 2020.
