We need your input families. The opportunity to provide your feedback has been extended to November 24.
Hoquiam School District has partnered with the Center for Educational Effectiveness (CEE) to provide surveys to all families with students in Hoquiam Schools, students in grades K–12, and school staff members. The surveys will be active for all families until November 24, 2021.
Results will be available at the school and district levels only; no individual student, parent, or staff responses are available to the district. The survey feedback is requested in support of the district engaging in strategic planning.
Parent Survey: Estimated completion time 15 minutes Parents will be surveyed for their perspectives and experiences at their school. Surveys are available online in various languages, and paper copies of the survey are available upon request.
Areas surveyed:
- The school's instructional program
- Safe and supportive school environment
- Leadership of the principal
- Mechanisms for family and community engagement
Once the the surveys are completed the District will share an executive summary with our school board and school community. Your thoughtful input is very important to the work we do with and for all of our students in Hoquiam. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
